International L.L.C was incorporated by our founder Chairman Mr.
F.M.K.A. Manekia in the year 1977. The genesis of introducing
upgraded service levels in the glass and glazing industry in the
Middle East year after year is attributed to the foresight and
vision of Mr. Manekia. Mr. Manakia belongs to the prominent Manekia
family with business interest of more than 300 crore employing more
than 300 employees in India.
In the year 1977 Saint Gobain chose Mr. Manekia as an obvious
partner to cater to the demands of the Middle East and African
markets, the association is still going strong in more than 23
countries for more than 25 years now.
New Merchants’ International diversified in product lines and
Demography extending its services to India, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia,
and Qatar by having fully equipped service centers.
In the year 2001 METAL DESIGN ENGINEERING (MDE) Austria a
company specializing in manufacturing space frames, point fixed
glazing, tension cable structures, skylights and sun shading
structures, joined hand with MERINT and since then has executed
several projects in India and Abroad.
MERINT has an exceptionally diligent team of well experienced and
trained installation Engineers with huge international exposure.
In the year 2005 MERINT has taken a leadership control in a Sharjah
based company which is in the business of Interior Decoration and
Construction.
In sync with its continuous growth plans MERINT (Mumbai) under the
leadership of Mr. Rakesh Kumar Pathak (Vice President Group)
has further diversified into the field of Infrastructure &
Construction and with the help of a qualified and experienced
engineering team has succeeded in bagging several contracts to the
tune of Crores in its first year of operation itself and several
more in the pipeline. |
