International LLC (Merint-Dubai) was established in Dubai, UAE in
1977. The Company’s activities are mainly in the Architectural Glass
and related machinery, Nuclear Medicine and Surface Protection
films. |

Merint-Dubai started out
over 25 years ago as the sole representative for Saint Gobain glass
in the United Arab Emirates and has since then, promoted Saint
Gobain’s products in a relatively large market, to architects,
consultants, Aluminium sub-contractors and traders and established
Saint Gobain as a leading supplier of high performance glass
products. |

| Merint-Dubai now is the
exclusive distributor for all of Saint Gobain’s international flat
glass factories in the world, for the areas of U.A.E., Oman, Qatar,
Kuwait, Iraq, Pakistan and East Africa. |

Besides distribution of
flat glass products Merint-Dubai provides technical services to
architects and consultants, in the glazing field and in nuclear
medicine. |

Merint-Dubai is a distributor
of glass related processing machinery and provides installation and
maintenance of the machines as well. |

Novacel, a part of the
Chargeur group markets its surface protection films in UAE, Oman,
Syria and Iran, through Merint-Dubai. |

In the last five years
Merint has branched in to the Nuclear Medicine field where it is the
distributor for International Companies that are leaders in this
field. |
