• Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities and closing new deals.
• Regularly create new sales leads, consistently setting new performance benchmarks.
• Develop and follow strategies to enhance sales and ensure smooth marketing activities as directed by management.
• Monitor current marketing trends and design new marketing tools to increase the profitability of MERINT.
• Conduct detailed studies of customer needs to form customized strategies for closing deals.
• Customize technical solutions and product offerings that specifically meet client requirements.
• Provide sales and marketing expertise to a diverse portfolio of clients, consultants, and customers.
• Conduct regular site visits with existing and prospective customers to provide technical support and secure new or repeat orders.
• Visit clients proactively to ensure quoted products are followed through and not lost to competitors.
• Build strong rapport with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Liaise with the Head Office regarding pricing, stock availability, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with back-office support to ensure seamless deliveries, installations, and accurate quotations.
• Attend technical trainings to stay updated on product features, usage, and industry innovations.
• Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR), weekly reviews, and future action plans.
• Log all daily activities into the system with detailed feedback and accurate sales status.
• Adhere to all systems and policies implemented by the organization.
