SGG ANTELIO solar control glass is manufactured by an online coating process. Metallic oxides are applied onto SGG PLANILUX clear glass or SGG PARSOL body-tinted glass during the manufacture of the glass on the float line.
SGG CLIMAPLUS double-glazed units, incorporate a low-emissivity coating on one face. This provides a significantly improved, or very low, U-value compared to ordinary SGG CLIMALIT double glazing. SGG CLIMAPLUS is manufactured in accordance with the SAINT-GOBAIN GLASS CLIMALIT process whereby two panes of glass are assembled vertically on either side of a hollow aluminum spacer bar filled with desiccant, then hermetically sealed using the latest dual seal technology.
SGG CLIMAPLUS EGLAS
SGG CLIMAPLUS EGLAS is a double-glazed unit in which one of the panes can be electrically heated. The basic technology is a double-glazed unit comprising a pyrolytic low-emissivity coating located on face 3. The coating is connected to an electricity power supply via 2 electrodes positioned on either side of the glass. When the power supply is switched on, the coating converts the electrical energy into heat. When the power supply is switched off, SGG CLIMAPLUS EGLAS behaves like a thermally insulating glass. As a result of the low-emissivity property of the coating, the heat is mainly diffused towards the inside of the building through the untreated face of the glass (face 4). The sealant barriers of the double-glazed unit are made of materials which withstand the combined effect of the heating function and climatic stresses.

SGG SERALIT EVOLUTION
SGG SERALIT EVOLUTION is an opaque or translucent glass, patterned with coloured ceramic enamel. The pattern is applied using a textile screen. The enamels used do not contain any dangerous metals such as lead, cadmium, mercury or chromium VI. SGG SAINT-JUST Drawn (STAINED GLASS)
The SGG NATURE and SGG ME (MASSIF ETIRE) ranges are produced by the mechanical process of drawing the molten glass vertically. Both faces of the glass are fire-polished during the production process.
SGG SAINT-JUST Blown (STAINED GLASS)
Since 1826, Verrerie de Saint-Just has been the specialist in traditional mouth-blown glass and the industrial manufacturing of vertically drawn glass. Molten glass is gathered on one end of a pipe and then mouth-blown. The cylinder produced is split and flattened, before being cooled and then slowly reheated under controlled conditions.
SGG SATINOVO acid-etched glass has a uniformly smooth, silky surface, which is translucent and matte in appearance. It transmits high levels of diffused light, whilst providing privacy from adjacent areas.

It absorbs the energy of the fire, acting as heat shield, keeping temperatures on the non-fire side within strict limits imposed by applicable test standards and national regulations.

SGG CONTRAFLAM LITE is a fire-resistant glass. It meets the criteria of being flameproof and impervious to gases for category EW. SGG CONTRAFLAM LITE consists of two sheets of toughened safety glass which are separated by a transparent gel. In the event of a fire, the glazing limits the maximum heat flow and therefore protects flammable materials that are behind the wall.
SGG PLANIDUR is a glass which has undergone a special heat treatment process. This treatment provides a significantly increased resistance to mechanical and thermal stresses than conventional annealed glass.
SGG PYROSWISS is a glass which has been created through special heat treatments, high performance toughening and heat soak testing. Combined with a rigorous manufacturing process, which gives it excellent fire resistance qualities.
SGG PYROSWISS is designed for structures which must meet the criteria of being flameproof and impervious to hot toxic gases for a period of 30 minutes.
SGG SECURIPOINT is a glass that is strengthened by special thermal toughening treatment. This treatment gives it a mechanical resistance.
SGG SECURIT is a thermally toughened safety glass. The toughening process provides a significantly increased resistance to mechanical and thermal stresses than conventional annealed glass. If the glass breaks, it fragments safely into small pieces with dulled edges.
SGG SUPERCONTRYX is an amber-coloured glass containing 70% lead oxide. It significantly reduces ionising radiation.

SGG SWISSFLAM STRUCTURE
SGG SWISSFLAM STRUCTURE is a system that has been developed to provide optimum transparency in the construction of partitions that must be fire resistant.
SGG VETROFLAM is a fire-resistant glass, which is flameproof and impervious to gases required for class E certification.
SGG VETROFLAM is produced using single-sheet glass with a special heat-reflective metallic oxide coating which has undergone rigorous high performance toughening and Heat Soak Testing, In the event of fire. SGG VETROFLAM limits the maximum heat flow. It therefore protects flammable materials located behind the barrier.
These characteristics give the glass the optional criterion W for EW 30 and EW 60 classification. In the 6 mm version. SGG VETROFLAM provides fire resistance for over 60 minutes.
SGG DIAMANT is a highly transparent extra clear glass, which has very little residual colour. It has a unique appearance and very specific optical qualities. SGG DIAMANT is a float glass manufactured using the same process as SGG PLANILUX clear glass. Its very low iron oxide content gives it optimum clarity.
SGG LUMITOP is a double-glazed unit incorporating special layers in the cavity, which are designed to catch andredirect light. The exterior glass pane is usually a 4mm low emissivity glass such as scc PLANITHERM TOTAL. The interior pane is either a clear pane or a patterned glass, specially adapted for SGG LUMITOP.
SGG PRIVA-LITE is a laminated glass containing a liquid crystal film assembled between at least two plastic inter layers. The liquid crystals align when the electrical current is switched on, causing the glass to turn transparent instantly.
